A fifth-generation dairy in Pleasant Valley near Bellvue, Morning Fresh has milked cows on the same land since 1894. The farm bottles its own Holstein milk in reusable glass and delivers it, along with flavored milk, cream, and Colorado cheese curds, to homes, restaurants, and grocers along the northern Front Range, with no delivery fee.

The Philpott Goat Dairy legacy lives on at Yoder Family Farms in Trinidad, Colorado, where all-natural goat cheese is made to the same Italian recipe Philpott used for over 36 years — just raw goat milk, salt, and rennet. The family raises its own goats, feeds them from crops grown on the farm, and sells the small-batch cheese by the whole and half wheel with weekly shipping.
