Hy's Cider Mill is a family apple orchard and cider mill in Bruce Township, Michigan, opened by Hyman and his family in the fall of 1973. It opens Saturdays and Sundays only, from mid-September to early November, 11am to 6pm, with u-pick apples until 5pm. A wagon ride carries pickers to the orchard, where 13 apple varieties ripen in turn, from McIntosh and Gala in mid-September to Fuji and Golden Russet in late October. The mill store sells cider by the half gallon and gallon, plain and cinnamon sugar donuts, and caramel apples.

Upland Hills Farm is a farm in Oxford, Michigan, that opens to the public on select Sundays from June through August and every weekend in October. Knight and Dorothy Webster bought it in 1960, and it has given school tours since 1963. Summer Sundays run noon to 5pm with hayrides, cow milking, farm animals and a playground, and pony rides cost extra. The October Harvest Festival, Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 5pm, adds a magic show, a farm show, a pumpkin patch and a nature trail. The farm also runs summer camps, a horse camp and birthday parties.
