Valli Hi has raised registered Black Angus on this Caldwell ground since 1960, finishing cattle on pasture grass and non-GMO alfalfa and barley hay rather than a feedlot ration. The ranch store sells dry-aged beef by the package or in eighth, quarter, and half-beef portions, with no hormones or antibiotics used on the herd. Store hours run Monday, and Wednesday through Saturday.
