Hamakua Chocolate Farm is a six-acre cacao operation in Papaikou built out by owners Dan and Berndt into something closer to a botanical garden, complete with a suspension bridge and treehouse. The $99 guided tour runs three hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays by advance booking, covering harvest, fermentation, and drying before a full chocolate tasting.
