Hala Tree Coffee

About This Farm

Hala Tree Coffee started in 2012 as a neglected six-acre plot in Captain Cook and has grown into one of the largest certified organic coffee farms in Hawaii. The family-owned operation grows Geisha, SL28, and Red Bourbon varieties, all grown, processed, and roasted on site. Free farm tours and tastings run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., walking visitors through the fields before a cup. The brand has since opened cafes off the farm, including one in Waikiki.
