The farm raises grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken and turkey, pastured pork and eggs. Its farm store is open for pickup Thursdays 3pm to 6pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 12:30pm, and online orders are delivered around San Antonio and New Braunfels on Thursdays. On Saturdays the farm sells at the Pearl, Sunset Ridge and New Braunfels farmers markets.

Its 50 acres hold six aquaponic greenhouses growing greens, berries, tomatoes, squash and peppers, plus a peach orchard and row crops, and the farm sells black Angus beef and all-natural chicken. Customers order online for pickup at the farm store on weekdays from 9:30am to 3pm, at the Burleson Farmers Market from April through October, or by home delivery, and a weekly CSA share box is also offered.
