About Walnut Creek Farm
Walnut Creek Farm is a family farm in Alvarado, Texas, started in 2001 by Mark and Linda Forster and now worked with their son Chaz. Its 50 acres hold six aquaponic greenhouses growing greens, berries, tomatoes, squash and peppers, plus a peach orchard and row crops, and the farm sells black Angus beef and all-natural chicken. Customers order online for pickup at the farm store on weekdays from 9:30am to 3pm, at the Burleson Farmers Market from April through October, or by home delivery, and a weekly CSA share box is also offered.
