About Behind the Oaks Farm

Behind the Oaks Farm is a regenerative livestock farm in Schertz, Texas, run by Zachary and Samantha Platt and their five children. The farm raises grass-fed beef, pasture-raised chicken and turkey, pastured pork and eggs. Its farm store is open for pickup Thursdays 3pm to 6pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 12:30pm, and online orders are delivered around San Antonio and New Braunfels on Thursdays. On Saturdays the farm sells at the Pearl, Sunset Ridge and New Braunfels farmers markets.
