The Pork Shop

The Pork Shop has butchered and smoked pork out of Queen Creek since 1979, when third-generation Arizona farmer Greg Combs opened it as a new outlet for his hog operation. The case runs hickory-smoked bacon and ham, bratwurst, Italian and Polish sausages, fresh cuts of pork and beef, plus tamales and house-made salsa.
