San Rafael Valley Grass Fed Beef has raised free-range Angus-Hereford cattle since 1995 on one of the West's last intact short-grass prairies — the 7,000-acre Lazy J2 Ranch at the headwaters of the Santa Cruz River, where 125 native grass varieties naturally marble the beef. The line spans four ground beef products, steaks, roasts, organ meats, and bone broth bones, plus the Harris family's wood-smoked bacon, sold at Tucson-area Heirloom Farmers Markets.
