Thomas Cattle Company is a fourth-generation cow-calf operation in the Owyhee Mountains near Oreana, run by Seth and Elizabeth Thomas alongside Logan and Kristin Thomas. Cattle spend roughly 85% of their lives grazing mountain range between 2,700 and 7,500 feet, moving to high pasture each March and back to the home ranch by November. No added hormones or antibiotics. Their beef supplies more than 30 Treasure Valley restaurants.
