About Montrose Orchards
Montrose Orchards is a 150-acre fruit farm and farm market in Montrose, Michigan, founded in 1913 and run by the Hill family since 1926. The market sells more than 20 apple varieties including Honeycrisp, Gala and Pink Lady, along with pears, apple cider, cider donuts, pies and other bakery items, and there is u-pick blueberries from mid-July into early September. Harvest season hours are daily 9 am to 6 pm from mid-July through October. On fall weekends a 25 to 35 minute hayride to the pumpkin patch costs $7 per person, children 3 and under free, with cider and donuts included.
