Living Circle Farms Hawaii turned a depleted plot in Waialua, Oahu, into an off-grid regenerative farm starting in 2019, building up living soil through composting and vermicomposting. The farm grows rare vegetables and indigenous produce without synthetic pesticides or plastic, and lets visitors harvest bananas and papaya straight from the trees. One cabin and four RV or van spots are available for overnight farm stays, along with a timber-frame event space overlooking the ocean and mountains.
