Litchfield Hills Farm-Fresh Market started in 2007 with fifteen local vendors and has grown into one of the region's longest-running markets, once named among the fifty best farmers' markets by Cooking Light. Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., June through October, it sets up in the parking lot next to the Litchfield Firehouse at 125 West Street with vendors like Anderson Acres Farm, Brookside Farm, Clover Meadows Farm, and Crosswick Farm selling produce grown largely without chemicals.
