Kauai Farmacy grows 85 kinds of medicinal and culinary plants on four acres of former pasture in Kilauea, Kauai, land that Doug and Genna Wolkon converted from grazing ground into an herb farm. On-site, they grow, process, and package more than 50 products — teas, tinctures, salves, superfoods, and hydrosols. Two-hour farm tours run Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am to noon, for $55 per adult.
