About HouLau Farm Chocolate
HouLau Farm Chocolate Company is a solar-powered, three-acre cacao farm in Moloa'a, Kaua'i, where Howard and Sally spent over ten years preparing the land and cultivating the trees before harvesting their first pods. Chocolate is now made on-farm in a certified solar-powered kitchen, and small farm tours run on a limited schedule by request.
