About This Farm
Hillside Honey Apiary is a veteran, family-owned bee farm operating out of a former rural high school building in Easton, Kansas, just north of Leavenworth. Shelley and Ty Martin tend about 80 hives whose bees forage wildflowers along the Missouri River between Leavenworth and Atchison. Beyond raw unfiltered, infused, and creamed honey, the farm sells beeswax skincare products, goat's milk soap, pasture-raised eggs, and cut flowers, and runs hands-on beekeeping tours where visitors suit up to open a live hive.
