Cherry Stone Orchard grows sour cherries for pick-your-own harvest on South Slope Road outside Emmett, one of several small u-pick orchards clustered along that stretch of road alongside Candy Apple Orchard and Jackson Orchards. The business has run under that name since 2010. Sour cherries ripen fast and the picking window is brief, so early summer is the time to go.
