Bitner Vineyards has grown estate wine grapes in the Snake River Valley outside Caldwell since 1981, bottling Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon in small lots of 1,200 to 1,500 cases a year. The vineyard holds LIVE Certified Sustainable, Salmon-Safe, and Bee Friendly Farm certifications; the tasting room runs Friday through Sunday, February through November, with member priority and limited non-member reservations on Fridays and Saturdays.
