Peaceful Belly farms the Sunny Slope region outside Caldwell, growing vegetables for CSA shares and cut flowers and berries alongside Stack Rock Cidery, a tasting room and café built into the farm. Friday-through-Sunday hours run a farm-to-fork kitchen and host classes and Farm to Fork dinners, and the farm's nonprofit arm, Polum Bolum, runs youth environmental programs including a puppet camp.
