About This Farm
Amy's Meats at the Homestead is Amy Saunders' family farm about eight miles north of Lawrence, Kansas, raising Jersey milk cows, beef cattle, heritage pasture pigs, and chickens. The farm runs a year-round protein Farm Share, a CSA-style subscription for pork, chicken, beef, and eggs, plus a farm-to-table pizza club through its FarmHer's Table events. Amy's Meats was named a Mother Earth News Homesteader of the Year and is a registered Kansas agritourism stop on the Kaw Valley Farm Tour.
