Mark and Stacie Warcewicz have run cattle on more than 50 acres in Salisbury for over three decades. In recent years they've opened the pasture to weddings under the name Red Ridge Meadow, renting out the grounds with chairs, tables, and sound equipment included, and outside vendors welcome. Kimball Farm in Haverhill has stayed in the Kimball family since 1820, now run by ninth-generation farmer Tyler Kimball. The dairy operation shut down in 1977; today the farm sells grass-fed beef, pork, eggs, and maple syrup, runs a USDA-certified composting facility, and keeps goats, sheep, alpacas, and Belgian work horses for visitors to meet. The corn maze, running since 2007, is the main fall draw.
