Green Beverly turns Moraine Farm into a pumpkin-smashing field day each November — neighbors haul in leftover jack-o'-lanterns and Halloween pumpkins and launch them across the lawn, then the whole pile gets composted instead of landfilled. The free event runs late morning into early afternoon with a live bluegrass band, lawn games, food vendors, and a raffle. Adults must register in advance; parking is off-site with a shuttle.
