New Entry Food Hub is the distribution arm of Tufts University's New Entry Sustainable Farming Project, aggregating produce from a network of small farms trained through the program and selling it on through CSA shares and wholesale accounts. The Beverly location handles the logistics side — order fulfillment and food access programs — while New Entry's incubator farms and training courses, including an eight-week farm business planning course, do the work of building new growers.
