Brandt Gardens & Greenhouse has grown flowers, vegetables, and succulents on 760th Street outside Lakefield since Bill and Rhonda Brandt started it in 2000. The greenhouse partners with Minnesota's Statewide Health Improvement Program on local nutrition efforts and offers CSA shares alongside custom planters and event florals. It opens for the season in late April and runs by appointment for houseplants and succulents — call ahead rather than dropping in.
