About Welker's Farm
Welker's Farm on Jackson Lane in Charlotte runs pick-your-own strawberries in spring, sold by the gallon whether you pick them or have the staff do it, then turns to a corn maze and pumpkin patch in the fall. It's aimed squarely at families, and the farm keeps an active Facebook page with several thousand followers where it posts open days and events. Check there for the strawberry opening and fall festival dates before heading out, since seasons run short.
