Waconia Farmers' Market sets up in the Waconia Square parking lot on First Street every Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m., running from early June into mid-October. Now in its 23rd year, it has grown from a small grassroots gathering into a city-backed weekly event mixing fresh produce, eggs, jam, and baked goods with flea-market and craft vendors. Organizers have been actively recruiting more producers of berries, honey, syrup, and tallow to round out the food offerings.
