Vera Earl Premium Beef has raised cattle in the Sonoita Valley since 1968, crossing Hereford and Black Angus into their own Black Baldie herd. The beef is grass-raised, grain-finished on locally sourced feed, dry-aged 21 days, and grades choice or prime -- all without antibiotics or added hormones. The ranch shop at 3282 Hwy 82 is open Monday through Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday noon-4pm.
