About The Lake Orion Honey Company
The Lake Orion Honey Company started as a hobby beekeeping operation in 2009 and now sells raw, unfiltered, kosher honey along with beeswax, queens and nucs from hives kept around Orion Township. The family also runs a honey bee and bumblebee rescue service, relocating hives instead of exterminating them, and treats their colonies with organic methods only. It's a small mom-and-pop outfit, not a packaged-honey brand.
