About This Farm
The Gingham Pig opened in 2022 in downtown Neodesha, Kansas, started by hog farmer couple Christy and Michael, who noticed not every household wants a whole or half hog filling the freezer. The shop at 1007 Main Street sells Springer Family Foods pork frozen by the cut alongside Kansas-raised beef, their own pork snack sticks, and a shelf of gourmet foods and gifts. It's a boutique-scale answer to buying meat in bulk.
