Erika Eschholz and Ken Michael run this 20-acre certified organic and biodynamic farm at the base of the Teton Range outside Victor. Two acres go to flowers, herbs, and vegetables, with another ten in hay and three in pasture for the farm's small cattle herd. Their CSA delivers weekly to Jackson and Wilson and offers on-farm pickup, and they sell at the Jackson Hole Farmers Market and the People's Market at Snow King each summer.
