About Swanson Meats
Swanson Meats has cut and distributed meat from its 26th Avenue South location in Minneapolis since 1962, and it's the largest independently owned wholesale meat company in Minnesota. The farmer-owned purveyor sources beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and seafood from local family farms and pushed natural and organic meat into the Twin Cities market early. It handles retail and foodservice plus co-packing and custom processing. Retail hours run weekdays and Saturday mornings.
