Starr-Ranch is a 35-acre estate vineyard in the Adelaida hills west of Paso Robles, where the family also grows walnuts and persimmons alongside the grapes. Production stays small on purpose — around 50 cases a year, sold mostly through the Starr Gazer wine club. The family settled the property in 2000 and has hand-tended it since. Visits and club membership run through their site.
