Hambly Lavender Farm grows, harvests, and steam-distills its own lavender on a family-run estate north of Paso Robles, making gold-medal essential oil along with hydrosol sprays, sachets, and skin salves entirely from farm-grown plants. The fields open for U-pick and guided walks from May through July, with the farm running Friday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., starting each May.
