Six generations of Stahelis have farmed Washington Fields in southern Utah, and today their farm is where real life happens for the whole community — Fridays on the Farm each spring, June farm camps, fall's corn maize and Field of Screams, and Christmastime drone shows. Staheli Family Beef sells direct ("cut out the middle man"), and The Silo store with the Girt Grind coffee trailer keeps the farm open daily.
