Bar 10 Ranch sits deep in the Arizona Strip, nine miles from the Grand Canyon's North Rim, and the Heaton family built it from scratch in 1982 and 1983, including their own private airstrip, since the nearest town, St. George, is 70 miles off. Guests stay in the lodge or in covered wagons and book onto ATV tours, horseback rides, skeet shooting, or Colorado River rafting. It runs seasonally, mid-March through mid-November.
