About Seaman Inc.
The apple-packing house and farm market for Silver Creek & Seamans' Orchards, on Route 56 in Tyro near the base of Crabtree Falls. The stand sells a long list of apples through fall, from Gala and Jonathan to Winesap, Stayman, York, and Pink Lady, plus cider, apple butter, honey, and pumpkins. The family has grown fruit here for four generations, tracing back to the Silver Creek packing shed in 1950.
