About Samish Bay Cheese
Samish Bay Cheese is Suzanne and Roger Wechsler's certified organic dairy on 200 acres in the northwest corner of Skagit County, below Mount Blanchard — a mixed herd of mostly Milking Shorthorns behind the farm's cheese, yogurt, and labneh, plus farm-raised beef, pork, and veal. The Bow Hill Road farm shop is open daily with local wine, cider, honey, and artisan goods, and orders ship or meet buyers at farmers markets and Seattle drops.
