Richmond Harvest Market is one of the few Utah farmers markets held on an actual working farm — Rock Hill Creamery, where Pete Schropp and Jennifer Hines milk brown Swiss cows and age raw-milk wheels of Farmhouse Gouda, Dark Canyon Edam, and Wasatch Mountain Gruyère in an underground cave. The Saturday market, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. from June through October, adds local beef, farm eggs, baked goods, and crafts to the creamery's own cheese.
