About This Farm
Central Milling's Gilt Edge mill sits at 1090 W 1200 N in Richmond, on a site LDS church leaders first built as a water-powered flour mill on the Cub River back in 1866. A 60-horsepower water turbine once ran the operation, milling up to 80 barrels of flour a day. Central Milling later acquired the historic mill and still runs it as part of its organic flour network.
