Picnic Rock Farms has worked the same Meredith land since 1801 and claims the first registered farm stand in New Hampshire. The stand on Daniel Webster Highway sells fresh fruit and vegetables, jams and jellies, and baked goods, with regulars pointing to the strawberry-rhubarb pie and whoopie pies. A CSA and community garden round out the operation. It was formerly Longridge Farm.
