Pankratz runs a cut-your-own pumpkin patch on Coleman Street in Tooele. Walk the rows, snip your pumpkin from the vine with scissors, then catch the hayride back to the entrance to pay. The patch also sells Indian corn for fall decorating. It's open 1 to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays, small and no-frills compared to the big commercial mazes down the valley.
