Osprey Hill Farm grows organic vegetables, uncommon fruits, and culinary herbs on 70 acres along the South Fork Nooksack River in Acme, Whatcom County. Geoff and Anna Martin have farmed the valley for close to two decades, adding pasture-raised chicken, lamb, duck, and turkey. Their sister business, Osprey Hill Butchery, is WSDA-licensed and inspected. Cover cropping, solar power, and wildlife habitat are part of how they work the land. They sell through markets and a CSA.
