About This Farm

Openshaw Acres traces back to Dr. Eli Openshaw, who planted fruit trees during the Great Depression so patients could work off medical bills on the farm. The family has kept farming the land since, and the Santaquin orchard has grown to 70 acres of cherries, peaches, nectarines, plums, pluots, and apples, with Honeycrisp a specialty pressed into cider and sold as slushies at farmers markets. Produce ships out to more than 10 locations around Utah.
