Old Kōloa Regenerative Farms leases multi-acre land from Grove Farm in Kōloa, Kauai, where Sally Rizzo and Julian Marquez cleared two acres of guinea grass to start growing vegetables and herbs. Rizzo, who holds a degree in environmental geology, rebranded her earlier Westside greenhouse operation, Stay Small Kaua'i Farm, into this larger venture. The farm supplies local restaurants and runs a CSA program, with egg-laying hens and other animals rounding out the operation. Corteva Hawai'i has assisted with the buildout.
