Maine Grains stone-mills organic and heritage grains at 42 Court Street in Skowhegan, turning out fresh flour, whole grains, beans, oats, and pancake mixes for home bakers and wholesale accounts. The mill has run exclusively on stone-milling since 2012, sourcing from farms across the Northeast and holding USDA Organic, MOFGA, and Non-GMO certification. The building also houses The Millers Table, serving sourdough, pizza, and pasta made from their own flour.
