The Jacobs family has run this orchard since 2002 alongside a grain and cattle operation, growing apples and pumpkins on the same ground that also produces corn, soybeans, and wheat. Apple donuts and apple slushies made from their own fruit are the draw locals talk about, along with a sunflower trail and u-pick pumpkins that run August through October. Field trips cover everything from beekeeping to how cider actually gets made, and a petting zoo rounds out the visit.
