About Hobbit Gardens Erth Gatherings Center
Hobbit Gardens sits on nearly 30 acres of woods and pasture in Putnam County, with 2.5 acres given over to organic herbs, perennials, and vegetables. Constance Campbell Ferry runs the Garden Shop, selling fresh and dried culinary and medicinal herbs grown on site, and hosts workshops, apprenticeships, and seasonal gatherings through the year. It reads less like a farm stand and more like a working herbalist's garden that happens to welcome visitors.
