Ho Farms

About This Farm

Ho Farms has grown Japanese cucumbers and tomatoes on Oahu's North Shore since 1991, when founders Wei Chong Ho and Lei Xieng Ho started on five acres in Kahuku. The operation has expanded to 40 acres, with eight tomato varieties raised mostly in greenhouses alongside long beans and squash. It's one of the few Food Safety Certified farms in Hawaii, and its produce shows up at Foodland, Whole Foods, and four O'ahu farmers markets, from Kaka'ako on Saturdays to Kailua on Thursday evenings.
