About This Farm
Hayden Flour Mills stone-mills heritage and ancient grains in Tempe, including White Sonora wheat, einkorn, emmer farro, khorasan, rye, and spelt, on land that's grown from 30 acres to more than 400. Father-daughter team Jeff and Emma Zimmerman restarted the historic mill in 2009, and now sell bread, pastry, and all-purpose flours along with whole grain berries.
